1. General Terms

• All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
• Product images are for reference purposes only. Actual color, texture, or appearance may slightly vary due to lighting, camera quality, or screen resolution.

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless specifically approved by SMB Enterprise.
• Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of applicable local courts.

2. B2C (Business to Customer) – Retail Terms

2.1 Returns

• Returns are accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect.
• Returns will not be accepted for color shade differences.
• If an incorrect product is delivered, an unboxing video is mandatory.

2.2 Exchanges

• Returns are not permitted for size or color preferences.
• Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

2.3 Return & Exchange Timeline

• Requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Requests made after this period will not be considered.

2.4 Product Condition

• Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Products failing quality checks will be rejected.

3. B2B (Business to Business) – Wholesale Terms

3.1 Returns & Exchanges

• No returns or exchanges except for manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery.

3.2 Set-Based Orders

• Products sold as sets must be returned as a complete set.
• Partial returns will not be accepted.

3.3 Mandatory Video Proof

• An unboxing video recorded at delivery is mandatory.
• A repackaging video before return shipment is also required.
• Requests without video proof will be rejected.

3.4 Shipping Charges

• All return or exchange shipping costs must be borne by the wholesaler.
• SMB Enterprise will not reimburse courier charges.

4. Refund & Wallet Credit Policy

• No cash or bank refunds are provided under any circumstances.
• Approved returns or exchanges will be credited to the customer’s wallet.
• Wallet balance can be used only on www.smbtrends.in.
• Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-withdrawable.
